Pros
To be a part of this company has been nothing but a blessing. From the incredibly positive work environment I get to work in daily, to the encouraging people I am surrounded by, to actually enjoying the work I do (the same work I’ve done really well for other companies but I never actually enjoyed the companies I worked for). Its cliché but they say if you love what you do you never work a day in your life. I can remember praying for a better opportunity doing something I was great at but for someone I would enjoy doing it for. My prayers have truly been answered and other people that have the privilege to work here would say the same. The turnover is ridiculously low and employees that leave inevitably try to come back, because you won’t find many companies like this. Did I mention one of my favorite perks? Paid Holidays off! But not just the main holidays. We get Thanksgiving and the day after off with pay, this year’s Christmas and New Year’s falls on a Tuesday so they gave us Monday and Tuesday off with pay, and a ton of other holidays most companies don’t recognize like Labor Day and Memorial Day. I couldn’t be more thankful for this opportunity and the only more gratifying feeling is when my managers tell me how pleased they are with the work I do for them.
Cons
The traffic from my house here can be draining some times but worth the travel.
