Misleading. I thought I was doing a great job and never heard I was NOT doing good and then a month in was let go because I wasn’t a “good fit” for the role… no explanation or even an opportunity to do better. For being a company that is very open about their faith they definitely didn’t display any sort of grace or second chance. Disappointing and felt gas lighted by direct boss.My boss was also new to managing and it showed. She was very disorganized with training and didn’t go over her expectations as a manger. Everything was left for your own interpretation.
