Because this company is growing so quickly, policies, procedures, & best practices are often not implemented until a small issue has become a major problem. Often times, the changes made can look like knee-jerk reactions & therefore, are not implemented smoothly. Communication is also not where it needs to be, but I believe that's due to how quickly the company is growing. Important information is not shared in an efficient manner. New information is shared in a half-hazard, incomplete, &/or unclear manor.
