      Micro management, unrealistic expectations, expected to lnow things you were never taught.

      Pros

      Some real nice people, some work real hard. Benefits and pay are ok.

      Cons

      Some not so nice people who tell big lies about the people they want out, so in that way, they run the show and management refuses to do anything about it. Big turnover in some departments because of this.
