      Most supervisors were good. Pay was ok

      Cons

      Could be very "who you know" system for jobs Make sure you get any offers in writing as they tend to "forget" what they said

      A place for new technicians to learn and gain great experience to use to further their careers.

      Cons

      Very disjointed company. Upper management offers little to no guidance and only expects results without investment.
