      none that I can think of; the pay stinks for the knowledge level they want

      Cons

      No commitment to safety, management gives the hourly people lip service only. They have no chance of becoming World Class. Communication is horrible. Leadership team treats you like crap if you do not have Manager and above with your title.

      A place for new technicians to learn and gain great experience to use to further their careers.

      Cons

      Very disjointed company. Upper management offers little to no guidance and only expects results without investment.
