      Pros

      Being able to go up to anyone, regardless if the are on the executive board, or working on the floor, and ask them for help they all are very willing to help you to the best of their abilities. Very friendly environment.

      Cons

      You need to be able to hit the ground running and be able to learn at a fast rate, but other than that, great company.

      A place for new technicians to learn and gain great experience to use to further their careers.

      Cons

      Very disjointed company. Upper management offers little to no guidance and only expects results without investment.
