      It is a job that pays bills but that is about it. Don't expect to make a profit.

      Cons

      For a company that bought a company and is buying a new press and doing well financially, it does not reward their employees. Meets satisfaction rating will get you a 2% raise

      A place for new technicians to learn and gain great experience to use to further their careers.

      Cons

      Very disjointed company. Upper management offers little to no guidance and only expects results without investment.
