      Pay is decent, doesn't seem to micromanage too much

      Cons

      Only get one week of vacation after 90 days, can't go out to car or leave the building.

      A place for new technicians to learn and gain great experience to use to further their careers.

      Cons

      Very disjointed company. Upper management offers little to no guidance and only expects results without investment.
