      Company is growing and rewards people with a sense of urgency and drive to succeed. Comp was very good. People were great, engaged and driven.

      Cons

      I had to move for my family. Wish more of the people there would / could buy into the engagement of the higher ups

      A place for new technicians to learn and gain great experience to use to further their careers.

      Cons

      Very disjointed company. Upper management offers little to no guidance and only expects results without investment.
