      Pros

      Pay/hr is descent, but not worth it.

      Cons

      ABCD 12hr shifts are not good. Lunch is not paid so A & B is only 38 hours paid, C & D is only 34.5 hour paid, and low chance for overtime. Not what was expected.

      A place for new technicians to learn and gain great experience to use to further their careers.

      Cons

      Very disjointed company. Upper management offers little to no guidance and only expects results without investment.
