      Ended up learning basics in the controls field here.

      Cons

      Terrible management, forced controls engineering staff to work every other weekend without pay or compensation while I worked. Only worked one weekend before I turned in my notice.

      A place for new technicians to learn and gain great experience to use to further their careers.

      Cons

      Very disjointed company. Upper management offers little to no guidance and only expects results without investment.
