      You get to know great people, engineers and operators, people who is there to work and get paid for what they are hired to do

      Cons

      Drama At plant 10 in Fort Worth, most of the people in the offices talk on other peoples back and looks like they have factions of you are in the wrong side you get punished The high level of employees like VP and directors some of them are against each other like John Davison who doesn’t like Joseph fretter

      A place for new technicians to learn and gain great experience to use to further their careers.

      Cons

      Very disjointed company. Upper management offers little to no guidance and only expects results without investment.
