Pros

All holidays paid off, purchase additional PTO days. Only positives is when you are not actually working

Cons

There is a dialer that calls several hundred prospects several times a day. It’s ridiculous, if you dont put in enough students through they will find a way to get rid of you. This company does not care about you. They make hundreds of thousands of dollars off of your hard work and they give no bonus’. Think about it like this, say you put through 15 students every 8 weeks (avg 65k a student for their bachelor program), that is $975,000 that you make the company every 8 weeks. There are 6, 8 week sessions a year; you are on average making the company 5.8 million dollars a year. They give you 0% of that. Nothing, no holiday bonus, no gratitude. They give you a $20 meal credit as a “Holiday Gift”. This company is as greedy and disgusting as it gets. I dont even know why I allowed for 2 stars. Only good thing is youre off for most holidays and you can buy additional PTO. But even that is NOT worth how crappy they make you feel if you cant get enough students to sign up. I can go on about this company but the final thing I will say is they micromanage more than I have ever seen or experienced at any company. Overall, gross experience. If you have no morals or self worth then this is the place for you. Never mind Im changing my rating to a 1.

Pros

I've spent many years at Chamberlain, and one of the main reasons is the opportunity for growth. If you're looking for a career rather than just a job, there are clear advancement opportunities at both the enrollment representative and leadership levels. The culture is performance-driven but also coaching-focused, with strong investment in training and development. Chamberlain has strong brand recognition, which makes conversations with prospective students meaningful and rewarding.

Cons

The pace can be demanding during peak enrollment periods, and success requires adaptability as priorities and processes evolve.

Pros

There is a wide variety of availability of clinicals. The dean appears very kind and supportive.

Cons

The pay is confusing, it is definitely clear they are a for-profit company.
