Pros

Meaningful work contributing to a nationwide need Programs have excellent gainful employment outcomes Excellent PTO options for exempt employees Moderate Healthcare options 401k match and structure Annual bonus in some positions Hybrid/Remote depending on proximity to offices Pay scales have improved in the last 5 years

Cons

Pay still isn't commensurate with work or inflation Departments continue to be siloed Robotic expectations in roles that require agility Current strategy is "make the money then we'll hire the staff we need" Management hardly knows what is coming in advance and therefore is unable to strategically approach change management Underutilized field recruitment/business development teams (for Chamberlain) Can't seem to catch up to FIFO approach to student needs/cases which would benefit all colleagues and students in the long run Understaffed in key student-facing positions Unnecessary positions that could be retrained/repurposed to fill other more crucial gaps

Pros

I've spent many years at Chamberlain, and one of the main reasons is the opportunity for growth. If you're looking for a career rather than just a job, there are clear advancement opportunities at both the enrollment representative and leadership levels. The culture is performance-driven but also coaching-focused, with strong investment in training and development. Chamberlain has strong brand recognition, which makes conversations with prospective students meaningful and rewarding.

Cons

The pace can be demanding during peak enrollment periods, and success requires adaptability as priorities and processes evolve.

Pros

There is a wide variety of availability of clinicals. The dean appears very kind and supportive.

Cons

The pay is confusing, it is definitely clear they are a for-profit company.
