Pros

Co-workers who care about the students and providing quality education. Most faculty work as a team and share information and lend a hand when needed. Good benefits. Medical/dental for FT employees. paid holidays, 4 weeks paid vacation (when school is closed), tuition reimbursement after a year of employment.

Cons

Leadership does not communicate well with faculty and staff. Decisions made without getting employee input. Work well more than 40 hours per week with no compensation. Was offered telecommute one day a week, which was a factor in accepting the position and now told that is no longer an option. There was no warning or discussion about the change. Pay is low for the amount of hours actually worked. Often work from home at night and weekends to meet student needs, grade papers, create tests, ect.

Pros

I've spent many years at Chamberlain, and one of the main reasons is the opportunity for growth. If you're looking for a career rather than just a job, there are clear advancement opportunities at both the enrollment representative and leadership levels. The culture is performance-driven but also coaching-focused, with strong investment in training and development. Chamberlain has strong brand recognition, which makes conversations with prospective students meaningful and rewarding.

Cons

The pace can be demanding during peak enrollment periods, and success requires adaptability as priorities and processes evolve.
