Pros
The pay. You can make 150k to 300k once you understand the business but nits going to take working 7 days a week. You can make 500k a year if you want. Benefits are great. Health insurance is incredible. It's an awesome industry and can be a great career choice.
Cons
Working 7 days a week Won't get pre approved PTO if certain metrics have no been met Although you get a day off during the week you're expected to work it. Management is terrible. They lack integrity and could care less about you and the customers. You are disrespected 24/7 by management. Degraded by management. Humiliated by management. 4 of the last 5 females that quit, left the store balling their eyes out and it wasnt because they were sad to be leaving. WLOS did a huge article on how poorly run this location is. Turnover is horrible and there bis only 1 reason for it and that's management. Management only cares about the customer when the customer complains to the state or BBB and sometimes on a Google review. Management will trash you in front of a customers.
