Cons

Somewhat disorganized. New hires do not undergo formal company / cross department training. Miscommunication. Internal systems needs improvement. No bonuses.

Open door policy with good management practices (after 2018). Small cohesive teams, smart and highly skilled engineers. Open culture, flat structure and fully remote. Good work environment and collaborative teams.

Cons

Pay not at par with inflation. Medical Insurance is average at best.
