Great people: Knowledgeable, experienced, helpful, and fun. Some exceptions, of course. Just avoid them.

Cons

Little room for promotion once one achieves a certain level in the company. Options are to move "sideways" to another team or leave for a better opportunity.

Open door policy with good management practices (after 2018). Small cohesive teams, smart and highly skilled engineers. Open culture, flat structure and fully remote. Good work environment and collaborative teams.

Cons

Pay not at par with inflation. Medical Insurance is average at best.
