Can use your time on big projects slowly when you need too. Sometimes very easy projects that can't be filled out properly so you just fill it out wrong and move on.
Cons
GPS check in and out that often doesn't work right. Hours for some reps and none for others. Projects planned without enough people, people on projects people others in danger because of lack of training.
Managers often lie and treat reps as second class.
Some coworkers rushing projects when we are hourly.
No benefits to doing things perfectly, no space to move up. They want full timers to be in a store 8 hours a day without drive time
