Pros

The only pro is that the corporate jobs are remote.

Cons

I worked here for several years and did not experience meaningful career growth. There was no clear path for advancement, and frequent leadership changes created ongoing instability. Direction from leadership was often unclear or not properly communicated. Communication around promotions and raises lacked transparency and follow-through. Raises were often discussed as if they were coming, but plans would change without explanation. Layoffs occurred frequently, creating constant uncertainty. From my observation, they appeared to disproportionately impact employees from diverse backgrounds. Ultimately, my full-time role was eliminated and replaced by an independent contractor who had a personal relationship with leadership. That decision felt inconsistent with how performance and loyalty were communicated internally.

Pros

Can use your time on big projects slowly when you need too. Sometimes very easy projects that can't be filled out properly so you just fill it out wrong and move on.

Cons

GPS check in and out that often doesn't work right. Hours for some reps and none for others. Projects planned without enough people, people on projects people others in danger because of lack of training. Managers often lie and treat reps as second class. Some coworkers rushing projects when we are hourly. No benefits to doing things perfectly, no space to move up. They want full timers to be in a store 8 hours a day without drive time
