Pros

The residents are great. They seem appreciative and for the most part happy. The employees that I worked with were very nice and had a service mentatlity; great people to work with.

Cons

The CEO jumps to conclusions and makes assumptions without the benefit of a conversation. She has complete disregard for people. Management style starts from the top down. Every week another person is getting fired and banned from the premises.

Decent pay, Good to gain experience, Most of the people working there are genuine

Cons

No work life balance, Understaffed, Residents think they run the place, People are always quitting or getting fired, Favoritism, Meal break violations, No room for growth
