Worked with a few nice people.

Cons

Terrible people run the company. They don’t care about anyone other than themselves. They also don’t pay well. I have gotten very good on performance reviews but no raises in over two years. There’s always someone “looking into it.”

Recently switched to 4 day work weeks

Cons

Hourly workers don't make past 22/hr Terrible vacation and PTO accrual Mandatory shutdown at least 2 weeks a year (Last year was 6) Not opportunity to earn more Not opportunity to learn more Rules are not enforced for certain employees and management
