Pros

Leave out loaded and return empty, home most the time twice a week. dispatch is fair and you will get to run the miles you need. Dispatch will allow time off when you have family events and special things going on in your life.

Cons

There is alot of running the northeast but still plenty going to the mid west. You will need a passport to go into Canada and TWIC Card . Pay is fair but we are getting behind the national average.

Recently switched to 4 day work weeks

Cons

Hourly workers don't make past 22/hr Terrible vacation and PTO accrual Mandatory shutdown at least 2 weeks a year (Last year was 6) Not opportunity to earn more Not opportunity to learn more Rules are not enforced for certain employees and management
