Extremely difficult work environment: toxic coworkers and management, retaliation for speaking up, fingerpointing, blame oriented culture. Constant layoffs and low salaries. Job security is a thing of the past. You will be expected to work all hours of the day as most of the company is based out of India. Little to no benefits. Unrealistic timelines and general poor management.
