If you have good relation with HR you can get any benefits. 9) NO canteen in office. 10) more over If you coming from Big product,Captives companies OR even average company... after joining will understand what mistake you have done. 11) Don't confuse with Good reviews they are HR created review. 12) frequent lay off, no job security.
