- Too much fighting between teams, internal politics, blame game - New-comers are not welcomed by old team members. No knowledge sharing, no documentation either. - Hierarchical org structure, seniors expect a "yes sir" attitude - Poor technology stack, nothing new to learn - Following age old tools, processes. Ad-hoc development cycle - India centre's work culture is very poor. - Nepotism is prevalent here across all the teams. Company Director is indulged in such malpractices. - Company believe in HIRE and FIRE policy. Read your offer letter carefully to sense of it. - No career growth. - Policies are person oriented not same for everyone. - Management is busy in their own daily gossips and politics against others. - India HR is pathetic & crap. - Some people are favored and they get promotions and hikes. - Management trick employees to post good reviews.
