Pros

The product is solid and is selling like gangbusters and the people are fantastic. The CEO seems to have a viable vision for where the company needs to go and how to get there.

Cons

The Customer Success team is the face of ChargePoint and, with that, comes way too much responsibility and stress. We take over after installers bolt the stations into the ground and leave before finishing their jobs. We have to right all the wrongs that happen at the beginning of the customer's journey and be the customer's main point of contact going forward - and we all have way too many clients. 10 - 12 hour days are the norm and working a few hours on the weekend to try and get caught up aren't unusual. Don't even think of going on vacation and not taking your laptop or you'll return to hundreds of emails and lots of voicemails. Seriously, digging graves would be a better career option. If you like working in a stress capsule, knowing that you will always have more work than you can handle and having no work/life balance, by all means, apply. I would suggest looking elsewhere.
