Pros
Good product for a new industry. Everyone is committed to the EV industry (over half the employees drive an electric car) and has a passion for sustainability. In-house "happiness manager" that provides snacks like bagels, cheese, fruit, etc that are all organic and healthy. Very little micro management and the people are really friendly.
Cons
Very little training to get you acclimated with the processes involved to succeed. Management had no direction to give when approached for help. Big time favoritism within the company. Many of the current employees that have been there for over 3 years were colleagues of the higher execs. Some of them even got the job because of knowing the CEO or one of the directors. These people have no idea what they're doing, but have titles such as "Director" or "Manager" without having prior experience in those roles. The pay is laughable. They take low-balling to a whole new level.
