Other teams sometimes pick up the slack for other groups. - Some individuals can be toxic and too demanding - Operates "startup like" even though company is not in a startup phase anymore - Some job functions can be very demanding and overwhelming - Not enough resources or internal support to perform job functions without feeling overworked at times - Pay is low when compared to other tech companies.
