Mixed Review - Anonymous employee ChargePoint Employee Review

A bit of cons here as they don't seem to recognize the great people at ChargePoint especially the more non-silent one who show great work but don't talk a lot or brag. Apparently the people who talk the most and brag but actually don't do that much work does the best in careers. HR is some of the worst, no career paths, takes a half a year to give decisions on raises, and just one of the worst I have worked with. High turn over in the account executives
