Horrible leadership at the Elementary academy. Bias leadership. If you are in good with leadership team then you will fly high. If you are not then you will be soft fired! Leadership makes it very known who they like. If you are a special edteacher this is not the place you want to be apart. Files are out of compliance they push kids along and no real discipline for students. overall not a great place to work or grow professionally. Most people stay because they have kids that attend Drew. other than that most people would leave.
