Pros
I was offered another job shortly after being hired at CRA, so its hard to really say. But I really enjoyed the people I worked with. CRA hires very intelligent and capable people, so if you put effort into it, even in down times, you can learn a lot. There is an open door policy, which makes it easy to get direction, at least in my practice.
Cons
It all depends on the location and the practice you are a part of. Because of compensation incentives for Senior management, there is not always a lot of cooperation between practices and/or locations. Some practices demand many hours with very little interaction from upper management.
