Pros
Great people- You will certainly be working with some of the top minds in the industry, no matter what level you are at. Will certainly create strong foundation for your area of expertise. General trend is to treat employees well. Lunches at the best places in the city, very classy outings, upscale Christmas parties etc.
Cons
If you do not get along with your VP/Supervisor you have had it. Transferring within the company to another group is very difficult, since it has to go through your supervisor. So you had better suck up to him/her. Communication is pathetic. Even upper management has not idea what the C level is planning. Generally speaking, owing to the lack of transparency of information, there is a strong sense of insecurity among younger staff.
