Pros

Wonderful colleagues at the junior level; a handful of lovely principals and VPs, but you have to sift through quite a few aggressive seniors to find them

Cons

Upper management does not keep up with the times nor do they particularly make an effort to support positive growth and development; responses to core political events are harmful to many (e.g., pandemic and George Floyd protests) Diversity and inclusion is simply a check box to most; elitist approach leads to problematic hiring practices, particularly at the top Compensation is poor relative to the industry and bonuses are laughable for junior staff
