Extremely intelligent coworkers who are a pleasure to work with. International exposure with growth opportunities. Excellent learning by doing environment. Talent and hard work recognized and rewarded. Management is working very diligently and honestly to overcome "sins of the past" by restructuring business model, training and development programs, and creating more transparent comp structure. Excellent benefits package. Work life friendly.
Cons
Admin staff cut to the core and many strained to the limits. Dissatisfied talented former employees who have left. Morale low, but I can see it improving as changes become slowly integrated into culture. Some really bad hiring decisions made in the past, many of which have been corrected.
