The diversity is lacking and they care more about where you are coming from rather than your experiences. The structure of growth in this company is pretty much if you have a senior person on your side you will get projects and attention. Otherwise good luck on getting noticed. The quality of work is much lower than other consulting firm and many deliverables are finalized based on vibes.
