You will learn to code and become good at it. Coworkers are smart. They have a good reputation and looks good on resume, and can be a good stepping stone.
Cons
I hated working here. The work in my practice area was extremely boring and repetitive. You'll spend the first 3-6 months worried you won't figure it out, and then once you do, you'll be very bored for your remaining time. Senior staff put the "d" in "DC-dbag". 80% were aloof and didn't care whatsoever about your development. You're just there to make them money. 20% of senior staff were considerate and thought of you as human being, however. It's economic consulting. If you aspire to grind and don't care too much about interesting work right out of college, this could be a good fit for you and a good stepping stone for future opportunities - just wouldn't plan on anything long term. If you consider yourself a "down to earth" person, or like being around down to earth people, would definitely stay away.
