Pros

Optional 4 10-hour days were nice. Onsight cafeteria with fresh cooked food. Independent working for the majority of the day; allowed to listen to music while completing tasks.

Cons

Days can feel very long. Unrealistic workloads for one person; for example some techs were given over 200 hours of tasks in a 40-hour work week. Most tasks cannot go undone for at most 3 days. Tasks were delegated although if you were fast and efficient they will continue to add things to your task list throughout the week.

Pros

- No organization in org structure, can move around if you do well - No one is working, so if you work, you get promoted

Cons

- Genuinely awful management styles from some of the most senior people at the company - Horrifying HR, inhuman and cowardly - I wouldn't recommend anyone I know or love to work here. It's made up of lies and deception from some of the nastiest people I've ever known
