      Pros

      The pay and benefits are pretty good.

      Cons

      Upper management does their best to suppress their workers by overloading them with too much work, discouraging taking breaks, saying you didn't meet their expectations when you did, hiding relevant information, showing favoritism to people that otherwise contribute nothing to the company, and finding ways of getting people they don't like to quit. Reporting any matter is laughed at and never addressed. Previous reviews of this company are pretty accurate.

      Pros

      The people you work with under the leadership level are great and truly try their best every day to do the best job they possibly can.

      Cons

      Everyone is severely underpaid for the amount of work they’re expected to do. People will quit/be fired/laid off and no additional help is provided. Those who remain are expected to pick up all of the slack. Leadership is variable on the day-to-day but you never truly feel supported or like your problems are taken seriously enough to resolve. Individuals are actively urged not to present counter job offers as a way to negotiate higher pay or a different position because “the site head doesn’t like it”.
