Pros

Always changing envirnoment. Constant challenge day in and day out. HR tried to be mindful of crosstraining, but doesnt mean a promotion.

Cons

The politics are really bad at all levels. The Test Facility Management cares about their own jobs more than they care about improving the work place and the job itself. They are never willing to really challenge a customer as long as they pay is there. It also feels like you are being used, as they will consistently place you in mny different areas/projects, but refuse to compensate you adequetly due to a set path. One year means one year, regardless of whether you contribute a lot or nothing at all.

Pros

The people you work with under the leadership level are great and truly try their best every day to do the best job they possibly can.

Cons

Everyone is severely underpaid for the amount of work they’re expected to do. People will quit/be fired/laid off and no additional help is provided. Those who remain are expected to pick up all of the slack. Leadership is variable on the day-to-day but you never truly feel supported or like your problems are taken seriously enough to resolve. Individuals are actively urged not to present counter job offers as a way to negotiate higher pay or a different position because “the site head doesn’t like it”.
