They had an onsite gym and a clinic on site.
Cons
Oh where to start. Lack of advancement, people being hired for positions based on if you were friends with the manager even if you have multiple HR violations, they don't handle actual problems, they do not care about their employees what so ever, the pay was awful for a high risk job, they don't care if your injured and try to force you to work through your injury, and I'm sure there's more I just can't think of right now. $20 isn't worth potentially contracting something from the animals or living with an injury from work that the company will do everything they can to make getting compensation as hard as possible.
