Pros

• Most of peer colleagues are nice to work with. • Occasionally, the division organized fun events.

Cons

• The company is facing ongoing financial challenges, leading to widespread cost-cutting measures across departments. • Compensation and benefits are not competitive. Health insurance offerings are average. • The 401(k) match policy was changed to an annual lump-sum contribution, only granted if the employee is actively employed at year-end, which can disadvantage those who leave mid-year. • Paid time off (PTO) is limited to 15 days annually, which is standard but not generous. • Frequent layoffs have affected even senior-level employees, leading to a sense of instability. • Senior leadership lacks a clear long-term vision, particularly in adapting to evolving technology and industry trends. • Opportunities for advancement and career development are limited, with low internal mobility and unclear promotion paths.

Pros

The people you work with under the leadership level are great and truly try their best every day to do the best job they possibly can.

Cons

Everyone is severely underpaid for the amount of work they’re expected to do. People will quit/be fired/laid off and no additional help is provided. Those who remain are expected to pick up all of the slack. Leadership is variable on the day-to-day but you never truly feel supported or like your problems are taken seriously enough to resolve. Individuals are actively urged not to present counter job offers as a way to negotiate higher pay or a different position because “the site head doesn’t like it”.
