Pros

For no degree and getting paid 19 starting not bad the benefits are okay use to be better.

Cons

management WHAT MANAGEMENT? That was stressful. The management is heavy in to favoritism. There was like 4 supervisors that actually are fair. The rest of the teams the bickering is high that no interference happened and goes to far for most teams like high school, and if you on those teams good luck getting out on time you could have gotten there 1 hr early but then still be there a 1.5 hr after cause your team slacks and pawns their work load on everyone else then doesnt pick up to help your team. Then your supervisor leaves early to go play golf. Instead of giving more instruction to the fighting like kids in a elementary class. Yes I refer also to them being like kids cause that is how it felt for YEARS. The turn over rate is a lie it take minum of 5 years before they actually take you serious to move. Not your skill level.

Pros

The people you work with under the leadership level are great and truly try their best every day to do the best job they possibly can.

Cons

Everyone is severely underpaid for the amount of work they’re expected to do. People will quit/be fired/laid off and no additional help is provided. Those who remain are expected to pick up all of the slack. Leadership is variable on the day-to-day but you never truly feel supported or like your problems are taken seriously enough to resolve. Individuals are actively urged not to present counter job offers as a way to negotiate higher pay or a different position because “the site head doesn’t like it”.
