Microclimate within SAM with narrow minded senior leaders. Impossible to get funding for struggling teams which keeps operations running. Quiet leaders get snubbed for promotion yet talkers get recognized.

It helps to hear where the experience has been strong and where it has been disappointing. Good to see that team and benefits are supporting you in a practical way.
