My manager was horrible. She didn't know how to manage people, but was great at her job, so got promoted.
Leadership didn’t care about the lower levels of workers. Constantly reminded you that “they were leadership” and “you were not.”
Felt like they “wanted your feedback” but then when you gave it, and it was negative, there was defensiveness that you “weren’t falling in line”.
Overall, the culture of the business was quite toxic in my opinion.
