Good basic benefits: health/dental Transparency in pay: make sure to ask where you would fall in the hiring range to make that clear before they make you an offer The amount of paid holidays off
Cons
The largest con is that each dept has its own leader and there own way of doing things so your experience working here can vary greatly depending on what dept you work in and the temperament of that person in charge.
