Pros
The team under the current director is fantastic. She is truly the most inspiring boss I’ve had in my career. The team she cultivated as a whole is the best team I’ve been on, everyone on this team is not only wildly qualified for the roles they perform but very kind and we all lean on each other for assistance/learning opportunities Healthcare if you are only covering yourself is excellent, once you start adding partners and children…it gets expensive PTO is a grand total of 15 days when you start, after each year of service you get 2 extra days and so forth. (So if you’re there for 3 years you’d have 21 days of PTO) Other than PTO there are some interesting contingencies for an array of things that could happen from reproductive leave to jury duty.
Cons
Higher ups don’t seem to understand how compliance or release of information works I know other departments aren’t near as friendly as the team I am on, and it’s because they focus on numbers and not quality.
