Pros
I genuinely can't think of to much... other then you get experience in a sacrificial - grind till you die - start up environment that teaches you how to produce results at all costs without consideration for others.
Cons
Quite a few sadly - 1) questionable hiring practices and monitoring of employee's (from your interview to tenure at CH - everything is recorded / monitored); 2) churn and burn people with zero remorse or consideration of how it negatively impacts others; 3) Your job description and expectations aren't what they tell you; 4) Most problems you face will be considered your fault, non-negotiable, and not for discussion and you must find a way to provide results, outcomes, behaviors regardless of correct perceptions; 5) People are grossly underpaid and overworked (senior leaders on up in non-essential functions make $150k - $240k+ per year while a clinical director per say makes less than $110k/yearly) - Go watch Linkedin and their job postings to verify; 6) Senior - Executive leadership has shared you can get on board with their mentality or get out of their company unapologetically (CEO included); 7) If you're not a "yes" person who only does what they're told and keeps to themselves then you wont succeed here; 8) Nothing you do will ever be good enough (because the environment is always changing and so is the "target."
