Pros
When I was being offered my role, I came here to feel out if I would be a good fit. I was terrified by the reviews, but had a gut feeling that I would really enjoy the role. I LOVE my job, everyday I get to wake up and structure my day however I see fit to help as many people as I can. I get to network with professionals all day long and make amazing connections. That being said, this job is not for the weak. It's truly a start-up culture and leadership will take a hands on approach. I think sometimes this is labeled as micromanaging, I really believe leadership wants you to succeed. Our CEO, VP of Sales, RD, and all other leadership have no issues hopping in when help is needed. If you have a growth mindset, enjoy knowing KPIs, and love helping people, this role is for you.
Cons
Days can be long, but time is flexible. You may work 12 hours one day and 6 the next, I have found it typically evens out. You will put miles on your car, but they are reimbursed well. Change is constant - its a start - up
